Thank You Everyone

Delighted to say that we raised a record £1,326 through our LIGHT UP A NIGHT APPEAL for our beautiful church.   The cost of electricity, the tree & lights need to come off this, but we will certainly clear a thousand pounds – once again a brilliant (literally) effort for such a small village.  

Thank you to everyone who supported this idea – every day was sponsored in memory of a loved one and the names were read out at the packed Quarley Carol Service.    A number of people from other villages also supported us – thank you so much.   Particular thanks to Stuart Stacey and his team for sorting out all the lights – it looked stunning - and to Thruxton Circuit who were exceptionally generous in their support.
